I booked on Booked.net and when the booking was done, it said the total was $79 and ended up actually being $89. still good price, but should have had the compete total when it was booked

My daughter and I were there on a shopping trip and it was a convenient place to stay.
We were on a non smoking floor but the smell of smoke in our room was unbearable. I complained in the morning and when we went into our room after shopping all day the smell of smoke was still extreme. They would not move us to another room because we had already entered the room. The maid brought clean towels but did not make our beds!!! They said they could not give us a discount because we had booked on line with "Booked.net." The continental breakfast was not well stocked and the room for eating in was extremely small with very few tables and no room to move. I will not stay at this hotel again.
